Fairway Connect ("Fairway Connect", "we", "us") is a professional networking platform built around golf. This policy explains what information we collect through fairwayconnect.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

The site is currently a pre-launch waitlist. When you request early access we ask for:

• Full name
• Email address
• Industry
• City
• Golf handicap index (optional)

If you contact us by email or phone, we keep the details of that conversation so we can respond.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information about your visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request — in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and the site does not set cookies. We do not store your IP address in our own records.

When the page loads, your browser also requests resources from third parties, which receive your IP address as part of that request: Google Fonts (typefaces), Unsplash (photographs), and jsDelivr (the map data used to draw the globe on our home page).

• To keep you on the waitlist and email you when Fairway Connect launches in your city
• To send you a confirmation that we received your request
• To respond to questions and investor inquiries
• To understand which cities and industries are most interested, so we can plan the rollout
• To operate, secure and improve the site

We will not send you marketing beyond the launch notification described above without asking you first, and every email we send includes a way to opt out.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run the site, who process data only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores the waitlist database
• Resend — delivers our emails

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Fairway Connect or others.

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until Fairway Connect launches in your city and you have had the chance to become a member, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local privacy law, including the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email 1fairwayconnect@gmail.com — we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and your details are stored in an access-controlled database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children

The site is intended for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

Fairway Connect operates from the United States, and your information is processed there. If you visit from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will email you.
